8.30 a. m. Rose picking and rose production (rose picking in the rose garden; examination of a modern and authentic rose-distillery; rose and other ethereal oils trial; degustation of Bulgarian rose jam, rose liqueur and home-made cheese pasty.

01.00 p. m. Lunch – picnic with magnificent folklore program.
03.00 p.m. Orthodox singing in local church.
04.00 p. m. Visit to Kazanlak Thracian tomb – replica.
05.00 p. m. Visit to Rose museum.
